Nebraska ONE Classes

Classes are open to players from any club or new players!

Session 1: Sept 15 to Oct 17

Session 2: Nov 10 to Dec 12 **REGISTRATION NOW OPEN**

You have to check-out for each class individually and then go back and register for an additional class.

Session 2 classes run Nov 10th to Dec 12th--NO CLASS Nov 26 and 27.

Locations: Suite ONE (2600 Park blvd Ste. 1) and Courtside (333 Speedway Cir Ste 2)

Program Focus:

Full-body strength and explosive power (overall physical development)

Vertical jump, quickness, and agility drills

Lower body, shoulder girdle, and core stabilization (injury prevention)
